process fault, emd, rp_0_0, rc=139

Cisco ASR-920-24SZ-M rebooted with the below error critical process fault, emd, rp_0_0, rc=139 , reboots mutiple times a day , and suddenly stopped and not rebooted for over 4 weeks .

 

 Can someone assist to identify what the issue might be?

Hi

 Similar, but exactly, logs were pointed to a bug here in the blog. If I were you, I´d upgrade the router just in case.  This can be also a hardware problem but in this case, after upgrade if problem continue, replace it would be the right action.  All this of course if you can´t open a TAC to confirm.
