Gurwinder

Hi,

I have cisco router ISR 1100 running viptela OS in SD-WAN environment.

I am getting memory warning randomly on different vedge device. Just checking with our cisco community that if anybody has seen this sort of health warnings ?

Happy to send any output if required.

Thanks

Hi Gurwinder,

cEdge memory issues may occur when

a) The router has used all available memory

b) The memory has fragmented into such small pieces that the router cannot find a usable available block.

please refer to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ios-nx-os-software/ios-software-releases-121-mainline/6507-mallocfail.html to troubleshoot the issue.

Also, please share the software version on the ISR and the error message output here.

What kind of warning? And better to open Cisco TAC case, if you have support.
