Hi Cisco Community,

I am now working on a Master's thesis about improving security in SD-WAN networks. The specific aims include identifying security vulnerabilities, investigating affecting factors, and developing effective mitigation measures. The study methodology used for this project is qualitative, with a primary focus on understanding Cisco SD-WAN threats and vulnerabilities.

To back up the qualitative findings, I intend to use the EVE-NG simulator to simulate couple of  use cases. These simulations aim to validate the knowledge gathered from qualitative research. I am seeking advice and recommendations from the aCisco community on the best way to proceed with this research project. Any ideas or suggestions on refining the research approach, running simulations, or identifying prospective areas of attention in the context of improving SD-WAN network security would be greatly welcomed.
