Upgrading Viptela from CLI

I am trying to upgrade viptela image from cli because it's not managed by vmanage however i am getting the following error:

vedge# request software install viptela-20.4.1.2-mips64.tar.gz reboot
ERROR: install: Kernel image not found

Note that the MD5sum is checked and passed and the signature suceeded.

i have addresssed other post, try upgrade using vManage  ?(why you like to do command level ?)

Hi,

did you added file to local disk? If yes, use below command:

request software install-image [file-name]

Don't forget to activate after "request software activate now [version]" command.
