Hi all.

I am planning to implement SD WAN with on premise controller. I am having some trouble on planning the SD WAN. 

If I have 1 mpls link + 1 internet link, both of them will be in vpn 0. I will have to add static route to both of those transport vpn.

Is it correct to add two default route? One with next hop to ce on mpls, another one with next hop to publik internet.

Yes you can have 2 default routes for both transports, the traffic will be equally load balanced between the 2 links, you can control it using Weigth and preference.
