Hello Experts , now a days I am facing issue like customer is complaining for low internet speed,
We noticed that Link is 100 Mbps but they are getting very low as 3 Mb download 1Mb upload , while their is no utilization over link , only 2-3 users are in office.. multiple sites having now same type of issue ... However when we check speed over ISP link directly by connecting users laptop or bypassing vedge ... it gets 80-90 Mbps speed ..
So is this a bug or what anyone have this type of issue and solution please ?

As you already tested the link and find it ok, you should concentrate on Edges now but I´d like to know a bit more about the topology.
When you tested the link, did you plug the laptop on the link right? but what about connecting the laptop directly on the Edge?
I assume therere might be others devices on the network like switches for example. Couldn´t they be the problem?
Also, the low speed is seeing while clients using some application or a ping test from client machine also show the problem?
If you check CPU utilization on Edges, it is normal?
show hardware real-time-information
show hardware temperature-thresholds
show hardware alarms
show system statistics
show system status
Do you use any kind of traffic policies?
show policer
show policy access-list-associations
show policy access-list-counters
show policy data-policy-filter
show policy from-vsmart
show policy qos-scheduler-info
Please, try to run those commands. Keep in mind that depending on your Edges version some command may not exist ot have different syntax.

yes we tried by bypassing vedge and connect one ISP router dirct to core switch and speed was good,
we not tried connecting laptop to vedge though .
users having slow application response, high latency on ping and speed test result also slow.
also tried reboot the vedge but no luck
hardware also seems fine

today TAC was also troubleshooted and tried to remove QoS and shaping rate on interface but still result was same,
