Please Help!
I have a viptela site where office member are losing network connectivity, but there are no visible issues with either of the two WAN connections; no events in vManage indicating network loss. The office is complaining of losing network and phones are going into SRST mode. The issues are sporadic. Here is the setup:
- there is a Cisco 2911 router connected to the Viptela (Connected to gi0/2)
- There is an e-switch module within the 2911 router (no issues shown in the switch logs)
- vManage shows no visible issues with the WAN connections that would cause a drop in the network.
This one has my team stumped. Please help if you can. Let me know if you need any additional information.
