Hi guru! I need help in troubleshooting strange vEdgeCloud authentication problem: When I issue command request activate vedge-cloud the NMS showed the error for corresponded device "Certificate Installation Error". Howether if i repeat the command in CLI (use arrow up + Enter) the device successfuly registered. I lost in my guesses what could be wrong.

Check if the clocks are synced between the vEdge and the controllers.
Also check the certificate status on the vManage for the UUID if there is more detailed error there.

Yes it sound like it was a root cause. Well in fact the root cause was the firewall block ntp sync request and in turn the clock were not synchronized.
