Sometimes if you meet an issue with cisco umbrella anyconnect roaming security module and the following message is displayed in the module “Profile is missing” error.
To solve the issue; Download OrgInfo.json file by logging into cisco umbrella dashboard and navigate to Configuration > Identities > Roaming Computers
In the Download Client section at the right; click the Download Module Profile to download the OrgInfo.json file.
Once the file is downloaded, save the file at the following path.
C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Umbrella
