Hi,
Anybody know if there will be any issue when i enable bpduguard and bpdufilter on trunk ports connecting to the HP virtual connect?

Hi,
BPDU guard and filter is generally deployed on access ports not trunk ports connecting one switch to another.

I would configure BPDUguard but not BPDUfilter.
I want to be safeguarded, if ANY server in HP Virtual connect is configured with bridging or there is any loop in HP VC at startup (happened before), i want to protect the rest of my datacenter infrastructure from L2 loops, so i shutdown the links towards the enclosure.
If you configure bpdufilter, you will not be able to detect BPDU packets on the other interface.
