Cannot copy run to start on 7k

Has anyone run into this. We have a Nexus 7k with three VDC's I cannot copy run to start in any of the VDC's

I get the following when I try

ITDHQN7K2-Core# copy running-config startup-config
[########################################] 100%
Configuration update aborted: request was aborted

I can do checkpoints and I appear to have plenty of available flash memory. but I cannot copy run start

I'm having the same problem "Configuration updated aborted: request was aborted". Is anyone has a solution this problem?

In our case the logs indicated an issue with the secondary supervisor, we were able to reset the standby supervisor to resolve the issue
