CIP Error message

I am having difficulty identifying an explanation for the error logged in the router logfile.Nov 26 03:48:00: %CIP2-6-MSG: slot0 %MSG802-6-BADNS_WARN: INVALID NS detected 132 times; tuning of LLC parameter may be needed !!!

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Hi Mary

This is what i could get from CCO.

%MSG802-6-BADNS_WARN: INVALID NS detected [dec] times; tuning of LLC parameter may be needed !!!

The LLC protocol stack has received a bad frame that contains an "Invalid NS" message from its peer. Incorrectly configured LLC parameters may have occurred.

Recommended Action: Reconfigure the LLC parameters of the CIP adapter and the peer.
