Two questions, assuming latest version of NX-OS for N7K:
1: Is FEX AA feature on N7K the same as Ehanced VPC on n5k?
2: Can I use individual physical port on n7k to connect a FEX or I still need port channel configured facing FEX?
thanks,

Hello,
1. Yes. More info on EvPC: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12141156/difference-between-vpc-and-enhanced-vpc
2. You would need to use port-channel for the FEX to come up.

Wes

1- As you have the latest version of NX-OS for N7K so t's almost the same, but consider config sync and FHRP
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13218136/fex-nexus-7000-connection
2- Port-channel is a must to connect N7K with FEX
