I configured UCS recently,I got the code="F0207",both vNIC and vHBA are link down.the ethernet port channel and SAN port channel are up.
UCSM running version:3.1(2b)
IOM running version:3.1(2b)
FI running version:3.1(2b)
VIC adapter 1 of server 1
firmware running version:4.1(2d)
package version:3.1(2e)B
VIC adapter 1 of server 5
firmware running version:4.1(2d)
package version:3.1(2b)B
do I require upgrade the firmware version to 3.1(2e)?or is this a uplink problem?
there is only two power codes attach to this UCS now,do I need to wait for the other two power codes available,then do the upgrade?
PS:the sh int br command output in the attachment.

Hello,
These errors are due to the fact there is no operating system loaded on the blade or the blade is powered down. Once an OS loads and the enic/fnic drivers bind to the virtual ethernet interfaces, it will bring up the links and clear those error messages.
Please share any further questions/concerns.

I would use the commands listed here to isolate the issue further:
