Kernel Panic error : N3K-C3548P-10GX

Hello,

 

One of our customers is meeting an issue with one of his Nexus N3K-C3548P-10GX.

 

He is facing Kernel panic error messages :

Kernel panic - not syncing: Watchdog detected hard LOCKUP on cpu 1

 

His Nexus is in 9.2(1) version.

 

Does somebody has ever met this issue ?

 

Could it be a version's bug ?
