Nexus 5548UP with Layer 3 - is Netflow on roadmap?

Being the Nexus 5k now supports layer 3 capabilities, does Cisco intend to add Netflow to the feature set?

No.  Unfortunately this is a hardware limitation which the Nexus 5548 does not support.
