As many 10G ports may have a nexus 7010? I read documentation who speaks in some 256 ports, but each module has a throughput of only 80G. This means that I can really only have 64 10G ports because 10G are shared by groups of 4?

The M132 line card's oversubcription ratio is 4:1.

It is correct, for the current generation's M1 line card. You can have 256 10GE ports (8 x 32) in shared mode. If you need dedicated mode, you have 64 (8 x 8).

You can have either line rate 10G or oversubscription, 2:1. Do you require 10G line rate on every port?

Only two more questions.
Then with a nexus 5596 I have a higher throughput?! Is scheduled to brief new 10G line cards for the Nexus 7010?
In comparison to the competition and with other models, the Nexus 7000 lose a lot in this respect

The 5596 specs are for the chassis and the specs on the 7K are per linecard. If you look at the chassis capabilities for 7K, it can greatly out perform the 5596.

I'm not so much convinced ... perhaps because I have many doubts, but just one more thing, what's the difference between the module-N7K M132XP-12L and the module-N7K F132XP-15. L3 is the capacity?

5596's L3 throughput is limited to 160G one way per chassis. However the N7K depends on the type of line card, number of fabric and the fabric speed, which you can said it will increase when Cisco release a newer fabric and line card. With the current M1 line card, the N7K can perfrom 80G one way per line card for L3.
The F132 line card doesn't support L3, but it supports fabric path. The F1 will rely on the M1 to forward L3 traffic.
