Is there a page, table that will help me deside how much memory to give a vdc that I have created and added ports to. I know there are questions about route table sizes and so forth. Where can I find this information.
Thank you

I don't think you can allocate CPU or memory per VDC.
See table-1 in this link:

You can allocate CPU shares depending on sup and NX-OS version.
It is not overall memory that is allocated, rather it can allocate a share of the unicast/multicast IPv4/IPv6 route table memory. Do you know how many routes and next hops per route you expect on a per-VDC basis?

What Sup and what version do you need to allocate CPU per VDC?
Also, is there a config guide or documet describing how it would be done?

CPU shares has been available since 6.1(1) on the Sup 2 / 2e. All configuration and related information can be found in the VDC configuration guide here:
To find out the amount of memory required to support a specified number of routes and next hops per route use the "show routing memory estimate routes num_of_routes next-hops num_next_hops" command.
