Nexus1000v ERSPAN

HI all,

We have Nexus1000v ERSPAN configured.

We do a packet capture on ERSPAN destination.

We can see a lot of ICMP Destination unreachable (Protocol unreachable) Traffic from ERPSN destination (10.10.141.210)  to ERPSAN source (10.10.141.201).

I enclose capture for one ICMP packet

Is it normal?

Hello David,

Could you please paste the ERSPAN configuration from the N1k & destination device?  The destination configuration changes depending upon platform (N7k vs 6500).  Please consult the following document:
