Power errors in CIMC

has anyone seen this error on a C220-M4: CIMC | Power supply PMBUS_ALERT #0x42 | Predictive Failure asserted | Asserted. The server is powered on. There were no purple screens. Everything checks out good, but we keep getting these alerts. Power has been verified.

It appears you have a PSU failure, but would open a TAC case to confirm:

Power supply PMBUS_ALERT #0x42. This is appearing in the logs as well.
