Site Survey Cost with CITS baseline of equip CISCO

A client is requesting various site survey's but must have secret clearance. I'm trying to determine the cost of conducting a site survey with the assumption that these sites are military since requesting secret clearance? CITS Baseline of equip will include NOSC equip 7206 VXR (A&B) w/base of cisco 7206, 3524 (A & B) w/base of 2950,and 6509s w/base of 7507. The survey will contain as built drawings which include floor plan drawing, rack elevaluations and network connectivity diagram using the CITS template format. Any help would be great for a starting point for cost and also any references where to get personnel with security clearance.

first off, secret clearances are expensive and take upto a year or more to complete; (my clearance took over a year for example) so finding a person that has one already is your best bet although, this may prove difficult as well. you may want to look at GOV postings of personnel looking for jobs or use a GOV recruiter for best results.

i just completed 4 site surveys for a new VoIP project for a GOV unit. total cost was about $2600 (not bad in my book; which included travel, hotel, car, etc. to the four locations in the US; may be higher for you as the hotels provide GOV rates that were about half or less of the actual cost (1-2 days per site))
