Slow Throughput On Nexus 5548

I have an HP DL380 with a 10GB CNA.  I was testing pulling down large files (3GB) with my laptop connected via 1GB but the throughput is horrible.  Below are the stats on the Nexus.  I know my laptop disk is a bottleneck, but shouldn't be that much.  Any suggestions?
