Hi,
I would like to confirm something,
For connecting a nexus 5000 and nexus 2000 i need SFP FET-10G on both switches?, is that right?,
this is the only way?..
hope somebody could confirm me that,

Lots of connectivity options - The full transceiver list can be found here (for ALL of Cisco's products). See Table 3.

FET is low cost alternative to SFP.
They can only be used to connect 2000 to 5000/7000.
Answering your question - FET transceivers can be connected only to another FET on the other end.

Yes, you can use FET-10G on both sides to connect them. Please note that with FET link distance is limited to 100m.
No, this is not the only way. You can use other SFPs as well, like SFP-10G-SR.
