Can an SFP SR optic, such as 10GBASE-SR SFP+, be uplinked from a Nexus 4k to a Cisco 4510 with 6E Supervisors and its WS-X4606-X2-E line card?

Yes... You can... As long both sides have 10Gig SR optics, form factor does not matter
