UCS C220 M3 not recognizing 900GB SAS HD (UCS-HDD900GI2F106)

Hi,

The following server

UCSC-DBUN-C220-113

UCS C220 M3 SFF 1XE5-2609 1X8GB ROM55 2X650W SD RAILS

Is not recognizing the following hard disk:

UCS-HDD900GI2F106 

900GB SAS 10K RPM 6GB SFF HDD HOT PLUG DRIVE SLED MOUNTED

We tried with a 500 GB SATA hard disk and it won't recongnize it either.

Hello Serafin,

What RAID controller is installed on the server ?

During the bootup, log into LSI utility and verify whether hard disk shows up or not.
