I'm using Cisco UCS C240M4S2 server and the system alarm LED is amber and steady
and the logs from CIMC are as shown in the attachment.
apparently there's PSU PIN/VOUT SEL alarms problem.
what are the procedures to fix this issue?

If the PSU actually has voltage out issues, then this will likely require an RMA.
You should probably open a TAC service request, and let them take a look at the logs to confirm this is a PSU issue.
