Since you are allowing from internet, for security point of view always enable https from remote management, http is not good and not secure.

here is the video for your reference

Also check any Access rules you have which is stopping from remote connection, check the logs it will give intication.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi BB

I am afraid that video is not helpful as not for the RV134W the basic Firewall screen is different

At the moment not worried about HTTP or HTTPS as only going to be using One IP address for remote management

see enclosed

we have the current firmware level of 1.0.1.11

For testing, select Any IP address.

Use your Public site IP address and see you have connection. or try using simple telnet x.x.x.x 80

if this opens then your ISP allowing incoming http connection. if not iam sure something blocking from remote end to RV.

BB

you are not seeing my problem.

MY problem is I can access the router from any address, even though I have setup to only access from certain IPs

Appologies,  i may be miss interpreted your issue, I was in impression that having issue with access, But i can see now you have access to every one even though you have added IP address to give only access to specific devices.

Agreed it should work as expected, let me look any bug or faults found on this version, since i do not have in hand RV to test this now.
