Issue:
New install with 7931 phone. The literature I have 7931 users guide has the menu, directories, and services buttons (24-21) as default. These buttons are not apearing on the phones. They work on the 796x and 794x phones.
Solution:
Create a new ephone template for the 7931 and then assign it to the phone
