Change notification settings

  1. On the Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence control screen, do one of the following:
    • Windows: Click , and then click Settings.
    • Mac: From the main menu, click Jabber Video > Preferences.
  2. Click Notifications.

  3. Check or uncheck any of the following boxes:
    • Mute when busy: When you are busy and an incoming video call arrives, a message appears but the ringer does not play.
    • Mute when in a call: When you are on a video call and an incoming video call arrives, a message appears but the ringer does not play.
    • Hide system tray notifications: By default, Jabber Video displays notifications as balloons in the taskbar. Check this box if you want to hide these balloon notifications.
  4. Click OK.
