If you have Cisco TelePresence Movi installed on your computer, you must uninstall it before you can install Cisco Jabber Video. Here’s how.
Windows
- If the Movi screen is open, close it by clicking X in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Exit Movi by right-clicking the Movi icon in the taskbar and clicking Exit.
- Click Start > Control Panel > Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista, Windows 7).
- Select Cisco TelePresence Movi, and then click Uninstall.
- Click Yes to confirm.

Mac
- If the Movi screen is open, close it by clicking X in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Exit Movi by pressing Command + Q on your keyboard.
- Go to the Applications folder.
- Highlight Movi, and then right-click it.
- Select Show Package Content.
- In the pop-up window, delete the Contents folder by dragging it to the Trash icon.
- Delete Movi by dragging it to the Trash icon.
After you uninstall Movi on a Mac computer, you need to delete the file com.cisco.Movi.plist:
- Go to your user folder.
- Click Library > Preferences.
- Delete com.cisco.Movi.plist by dragging it to the Trash icon.
