Cisco’s Small Business Support Center (SBSC) fully supports the Cisco applications listed in Table I on the UC540/UC560. For other third-party applications listed in Table II, support is limited to ensuring the correct function of the UC540/UC560 and to ensuring that the UC540/UC560 application interfaces are functioning correctly. SBSC is not responsible for configuration, setup, or troubleshooting of third-party applications. If the UC540/UC560 are configured in CLI, the SBSC will no longer provide support for CCA on UC540/UC560 platform or applications.
The following tables represent the disposition of Cisco and third-party applications as of February 11, 2011 for the UC500 series of products. Please note that Cisco’s support for third-party applications may change over time. We recommend that partners refer to these tables before deploying any third-party applications.
