If you are on a video call and make or answer a second video call, the first video call is automatically put on hold. You can have up to four video calls on hold plus an active video call, and switch among the five.

  1. Position the mouse pointer over the Calls on hold indicator on the left side of the video screen. The list of video calls on hold appears.
  2. Click the video call you want to make active. The currently active video call is now put on hold.

To end a video call that’s on hold, first click the video call to make it active, and then click End.
