Hi,

Why I don't have the choice "Transfer to Voicemail". I use the same script as in the lab...

I just have : Call Blast Group, Call Extension, Call Hunt-Group, Call Other Number, Call Voicemail, Dial By Number, Dial By Name, Play Prompt and None.

Sincerly,

Romain

You need to activate "Transfer to Voicemail" under the Voicemail tab. Then, go to the AA and select "Call other number" and enter the Xfer to VM prefix (6 by default) followed by the destination extension.

Thanks,

Marcos

Hi Marcos,

I activated in CCA the "Direct Transfer To Voicemail" under the Voicemal tab with the 6 as prefix and I did what you say in the AA but it doesn't work. I selected "Call other Number" and I enter 6511 because I would like the call goes on the VM of the blast.

Did I do a mistake ?

Why can I do "Transfer to VM" > 511 ? The choice is just the extension of phones (201,202,203, ...).

Sincerly,

Romain

Try simply "Call Voicemail" then. THis is equivalent to Transfer to VM.

Just for information, "Call Voicemail" is different. When I do that, I hear the message "Welcome to the VM, enter your code then #." It's the same thing if I call my VM from my phone for checking if I have a message.

I found where was the mistake. CCA didn't apply the prefix 6. I corrected it in the CUCE.

Thank you Marcos,

Sincerly,

Romain

Glad to hear.

Marcos
