WebEx Telepresence: I tried to make a video call to a Cisco WebEx Telepresence or WebEx Telepresence bridge video address, but the video call did not go through. What should I do?

The domain portion of a video address (the part after the @ symbol) is case-sensitive, so make sure you enter the address correctly with the correct capitalization. For example, if the address is myaddress @ webex.com and you dial myaddress @ Webex.com, the call does not go through. Most domains are all lowercase, so if you are not sure of the correct capitalization, first try entering the domain with all lowercase letters.
