SF200-48 Port GE1

I currently have a Comcast Cisco Gateway DPC3939B connected to the GE1 port on my SF200-48 switch. I cannot attach to the management on the DPC3939B through the network without the management site failing to load. Does anyone know if I should be changing the defaults for port GE1 to allow for a better connection to the DPC3939B?

Thank you for contacting Cisco support.

My apologies for the inconvenience. Please reply to the following questions so that we can further isolate the problem:

-Did the problem start occurring ever since the switch was added to the network?

-What is the current firmware version running on the switch?

-Can you ping the ip address of the gateway?

-Can you try to access the Web GUI of the gateway with a different web browser?

-Is the PC you are using to try to access the gateway on the same Vlan as this gateway?
