If you search these forums on the keyword "wap4410n" you will find many posts describing similar problems with the wap4410n.
Some or all of the reported problems might be resolved with a firmware update, but this update is not available yet.
It is possible to obtain a beta version of the updated firmware - search these forums to find how to do this.
