Can any device be registered for Smart Call Home?

Devices are entitled to the Smart Call Home service through one of several support contracts, including SmartNet, SmartNet Total Care, Smart Care, Partner Support Service (PSS), SP Base, UCS Support Service, and UCS Mission Critical Service. As long as the device is covered under one of these contracts, Smart Call Home can be enabled.
