Hi,
I am having this issue in NCS 540 with IOS XR 7.5.2. When trying to register a token from the CSSM On Prem server it is showing "Fail to send out Call Home HTTP message" when prompted show license status

When I see the loggings I see that "smartlicserver[323]: %LICENSE-SMART_LIC-3-AGENT_REG_FAILED : Smart Agent for Licensing Registration with the Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM) failed: Fail to send out Call Home HTTP message"
Trying to fix this issue as License Eval has expired.
