No response from SCH readiness check tool

Hello,

I use the SCH readiness check tool to validate if my inventory is ready for SCH but I didn´t receive any response from the tool. The file contains only 24 devices and I sent it 3-4 days ago so I assume it has been processed already.

What response can I expect from this tool?

Hello,

You should expect an email back from the system with a CSV file full of results for each serial number.  The systems is going through a maintenance period at this moment that will end 2018-08-24 7:30:AM PDT.  

I believe after this maintenance period is completed the tool will respond appropriately.  Please resubmit your file after the end of the maintenance period in two hours and report back.
