We have an on-prem satellite manager which runs on Linux Centos and for some reason, the web service has stopped and also not allowing us to log in with the admin account, we have not changed the password.
Can one please advise how to solve this issue and is it possible to escalate the case to Cisco TAC, since it's Linux VM.
