Does anyone know what to do with this recurring and random message?  My customer is receiving this frequently and randonmly with no instructions.  Thanks.

You are receiving these messages because of the following two reasons:

1.     Some administrator has registered your CCO ID as an administrator on
Smart Call Home for your company name.
2.     Some administrator has used you CCO ID e-mail address to register a
device with Smart Call Home.

If a device has an issue trying to register, then you will receive this email during that period.
