Hi all,
I have customer with fresh SSM Satellite installation from OVA template (SSMS_Rel_4.1.0_Prod.ova)
But I can't find correct login credentials to CLI - console, when VM is powered-on after installation.
In DOC
https://www.cisco.com/web/software/286285517/13889
/Smart_Software_Manager_satellite_4.1.0_Installation_Guide.pdf
on page 12, there is a step 9. , but credentials are missing.
Can you help me?
thanks
Peter

Thank you for all your replies.
This is response from TAC:
From the problem description, It is my observation that the default CLI password for SSMS v4.1 is not working. (which is supposed to be admin/Admin!23)
At this point I am assuming that you have deployed the Satellite (v4.1) via OVA file. It has been observed in many scenarios that the default CLI username/password doesn't work if the deployment is done via the OVA file. There has also been a bug file for this. Please refer:https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvh79237/?reffering_site=dumpcr
The workaround is to deploy the satellite with the ISO file and not the OVA file, as when you deploy the satellite via ISO file, you have the option to set the CLI 'admin' user password.

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately this board is specifically related to SNTC and the CSPC collector.
I took a look at the current Installation Guide, the default may be Admin/Admin!23. If this doesn't work, I believe you have access to open a case with TAC for help with this.
Cheers,
Cheri

Hi Peter,
According to the following documentation, the defaults should be:
admin / Admin!23
