Hello
FPR1010 FDM and trying to register device for smart services, which tells me I need to register for cloud services. I try and do this but get "Failed to resolve cloud service FQDN. Check network connectivity or DNS configuration and retry."
On the FDM;
1/1 Internet [Green] -- ISP/WAN/GATEWAY [Green] -- DNS Server [Green] -- NTP Server [Green] -- Smart License [Orange].
It seems the connectivity is there but errors out with the above mentioned error.

What DNS server configuration do you have on the box?

[it wont let me respond to personal messages, says max limit reached]
As far as this goes, I tried under SYSTEM: DNS: CiscoUmrella and then created Test: 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1. Nether works but as the FDM shows, I am connected to DNS and NTP.
Also, 207.108.121.182

Try removing the Test 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1. Leave only CiscoUmrella and try again.

I did indeed do this, I tried with only the Umbrella, but will try again... But I will wait until after the remote access situation.

Yeah nothing works. I can verify I can ping tools.cisco.com from firewall. I can very (as it shows it in green) that it indeed is utilizing the DNS but neither Cloud registration or device /smart account registration work.
