I am having issues with retrieving inventory details on Cisco SmartNet for my org. It states access denied. I read around that there could be sync issues with my management roles and the API platform at Mulesoft. Could someone please look at my account to ensure everything is okay?
I tried to do registration again just to see, and it states I already have access, redirects me, then says I don't have access again. I got access 26 hours ago based on my emails I received.
