Hi,
I have a CSPC collector installed and reporting into the SNTC portal. I am trying to give someone who works for my maintenance partner access to the data so they can take some input form it. When I try to register them on CSAM as an external party I am unable to tick any of the 'CBR' options i.e CBR Admin, CBR User or CBR AP Developer.
I have checked the maintenance provider is correct and the person has added a live contract taken from the SNTC portal to their own account.
I have been asked to post in hear to see if anyone can help.
