apix onboarding/entitlement issue

I was wondering if someone would be able to help me with the error i am having while trying to get data from the cisco apix endpoints. 

One example endpoint is 

https://apix.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXByProductID/5/A9K-MPA-2X40GE

I get a 403_DEVELOPER_INACTIVE message and i have been told it may be an issue with the account not being onboarded correctly in the backend maybe?

My issue is not resolved. 


I can no longer use Automated software distribution.

Hello,

Following is the resolution to this post-

After verifying all the details of the customer. The customer was not assigned as API DEV role in CSAM.
Granted the same in CSAM and pushed a Manual Sync as well.
Reached out to the Backend team and also asked the customer to regiser the API at https://apiconsole.cisco.com.

The customer API Dev role is now active.

Hence, proceeding with closure.

   Any update to this? All of our API's are active but this error started to appear. Thanks in advance.
