BugInfo API filterby Severity does not function as documented/expected

Example:

Following GET URL: https://api.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/products/product_id/N9K-C9332C?Severity=3

Returns a filtered list (compared to no filter) BUT the severity level of the bugs are varied NOT just level 3

Documentation suggests that this function is available -> https://developer.cisco.com/docs/support-apis/#!bug/get-bugs-by-base-product-id-and-software-releases
