Hi,
I can’t register Smart Net Total Care and am stuck at the “Verify your account”, it says this contract is not active and not associated with your Cisco account profile - Please see the attached pic.
I did associate the contract with my Cisco Account Profile, not sure if it is because I am not the delegated administrator?
Let me know if you need the contract number, my account number and the product serial number etc.

Hi Hanson,
We have successfully assigned the DA on the account . The role of customer admin has been provided to the user.
A manual sync has been done on the account to complete the manual onboarding for the user .
The user is visible on the SNTC portal as well.
