Your portal Has been created and the user received the Correct roles, however, we are facing a Sync Issue and your User has been included in a Internal ticked to be manually Updated.
as long as your SNTC portal and user get manually Updated, it will show the SNTC portal.
As soon as I receive any update about it, I will notify you.
