Hello, a quick question but not sure i'm at the right place. We are trying to process a CSV upload in smartnet through PSS services.cisco.com. As a return (API or services.cisco.com), we don't get back any category for the concerned SN that we have shared. Is there any known issue ? is there a better place to raise the question ? thanks in advance for your return, br. Mathias

Could you please PM the name of the account along with the CCOID and contract number so that we can check the API access?

Actually, not sure the issue is at the API level as when getting connected to services.cisco.com the category information are not presented there either in the inventory details. So APIs are delivering back the same information; no data.
We have done this approach (CSV upload) many many times and have always been able to see in services.cisco.com the category information with no issue. Which categories were then downloaded through APIs with no issue.
in our current case, these information are not presented at all, even in cisco website.
